Hey guys i am just starting out and doing some research. I am looking to get into the buy and hold sector or real estate investing. I am looking to invest in Chicago and/or the Chicago Northwest suburbs. My question is before, I purchase my first rental property, should I create a LLC to have that rental property go under a business?
