What does your team do for you? Part 1

Perhaps this would be better titled, “What should your team do for you?” I am a real estate investor of three years and have bought three different properties in those three years (including my primary residence). Nevertheless, I want to be more focused, efficient, and profitable in my real estate investing (you could say I have a burning desire to do so). As a beginner real estate investor I wanted to build a trustworthy team around me that would help me accomplish my goals, however I have discovered I don’t know much about what a winning team should look like. I have a team around me that I think will help me do that, but how do I know that this is a champion team (by team I mean RE agent, Property manager, mentor, lawyer, accountant, etc.)? What I want to do is increase mine and other beginners’ efficiency by getting opinions from others on what a champion team might look like. I want to ask all of you what your team does for you so we, beginners, can compare our team to what established teams might look like. This will greatly reduce the time beginners spend trying different team members (or continually using a bad team member). Thus, we begin- What does your real estate agent do for you?
