Offering Utilities To A Buyer/Renter
A lot of people, particularly Students and people with lower credit scores look for a deal with utilities included. What are some of the benefits for a seller that includes Utilities and which utilities are the best ones to offer a potential buyer/renter?

welcome to the site.
It is always good to have utilities in the tenants name if possible but sometimes that cannot happen.
Water is commonly in the owners name.
There are a lot of apartment buildings in my neck of the woods were there is one central boiler so heat is always in the name of the owner as well.
