Post: Selecting a Broker/Investor To Work with

I have encountered a few Brokers who have reached out to me about potentially working with them once I finish my courses and obtain my license. I also have met a couple of investors who claim they manage Real Estate Agents and offered potential business opportunities. What qualities should I be looking for? How do I know they are not just trying to grab any fresh blood that they can?

Is it possible to be a Real Estate Agent without working for a Brokerage?

I keep hearing and reading about the many ways to succeed in the industry. But we all know where there are ups, there are downs. What are some of the ways and reasons a Realtor can be not so successful?

@Albert Bui Thanx a lot sir. I am aware of the initial intent of the statement. In the comments my colleagues broadened the topic to their own personal interpretation. In those senses, I understand where they are coming from. But like you said, "the statement mainly refers to the legal context of entities that house all the companies, assets, & real estate, of the wealthy." It's a numbers game. I really appreciate the insight! Let's stay connected.

When emotion alters devotion. I haven't experienced this yet, as I am new to the field. But im sure many people have. After reading this, i have a better idea of how to go about a situation like this. Im sure you'll find a buyer much more worth your time. Thanks for sharing

Hey thanks BP family. I believe wealth comes in many forms. In the end, we only own ourselves. As far as land and the things around us, knowing how to control how we allow them to affect us is also a form of wealth. Us as entrepreneurs are powerful minds. Lets Build ;)

I have saved up a little bit of money. Do you think it is a good idea to attack the field of Agency as if I have nothing and continue to build from the ground up as I gain education and experience, Ultimately continuing to add to my investment pot on the side? Before i invest my own finances into property?

@Ryan Dossey Thanx for the Welcome sir!
