Setting up Section 8 in Ohio

Hello,

I'm working on purchasing a rental property. I was hoping someone could sent me some information on how to go about getting it setup to be available for Section 8 in Ohio.

I don't really know anything about this process so I will need as much information as possible. I know Mike is in Ohio and has some section 8 properties... hopefully he or someone else can help me find the information I need.
