Hello! I'm interested in owning my own real estate rental property. What should be the first step towards it? I'm currently renting, and in the process of getting my credit to the 700s. My obstacle with that may be student loans (any help with that??). I would like to get a duplex or multi family. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks!!!
