Hey fellow Investors, I'm trying to get into my first investment property Via / Owner/ O. Only because of my financial situation, I have a bankruptcy 2yrs. old just closed short sale on my home 1yr ago, their telling me I'm not able to get Financed for 3yrs. I'm living in a high rented Apt. I just assume paying for house I can live in do whatever  repairs and flip at a later time. Is this something could be done to jump start my investing or is there other avenues???? To getting Hud properties?
