Driving for dollars I found a Property after talking to a neighbor the house has been vacant 10 years the owner passed away with no known heirs, I checked County Records and there are back taxes for 9k, but how do I go about checking for any other leins such as was their a mortgage on the Property or was free and clear when the owner passed away does it have a clean title ect.

who should I hire  to unboard abandoned property that's been sitting for long periods of time
