So far, I've only had a part in deals as a bird dog and lead generator. I'm ready to go big, and I'm pursuing different options by growing my network and trying to raise money. I'd be curious how all of you stumbled upon your first deal. What was the deal? What went wrong? What went right?  I love to hear a good success story!
