RE Agent/Investor in Pittsburgh

Hi BP. I am moving to Pittsburgh PA and I'm looking for a RE Agent with Investor experience. I would like to buy an investment property to live in and put in sweat equity to flip. I'm thinking this may be cheaper than renting. Any info from anyone who has experience on how they relocated to a new area to start investing or how you would do it if you were to relocate would be a Huge help. Thanks!
