Probate Marketing
Hi all,
I am beginning a probate marketing campaign. I have a probate letter I want to send out, but upon looking at my probate lead list, I see a few of the PR's are living at the same address as the decedent. It could be a spouse or family member, due to last name match. My question is, do i send the same probate letter to PR's living at the decedents address as I would to a PR living at a different address? My letter mentions....this is in regards to the estate of XXXXXX. I want to help settle the estate...etc etc, or should I send a general letter stating I am interested in buying in your area, if you or anyone you know are interested in selling please give me a call. Thank you in advance, it is really appreciated.
Krystal

Howdy - I think it's more important that you send the darn letters out.
Your thinking is solid, however don't let your head tell you to procrastinate. You can tweak and fine tune your campaigns as you go and I can assure you that you'll never stop fiddling once you start.
However, the #1 objective us to start. Who was the show biz guy (?) that said, '80% of success is just showing up'.
