I have a Leadpropeller site and it is amazing. I am not too computer savvy, but I feel like I've learned a lot. I've only had the site for a few months now but I lobe it. The staff are second to none. Very prompt and knowledgable. The videos are great. I've learned so much, not just about having a web presence, but about real estate in general with the training videos. They are updated often which is pretty cool. I definitely recommend it.

it was another investor. He just rehabbed the property. Calling him later to see how we can work together on future deals.

I have been dabbling in REI for a few months now. Going to meetups, reia's and workshops. I've learned so much but the fact remained that I was afraid to get started. I guess I was in analysis paralysis. I was afraid of messing up, saying or doing the wrong thing, etc. I made myself believe that I needed to learn more before I begin. Well, I was driving down the road the other day and saw a fsbo sign. Of course I let fear take over and I kept driving. After passing the sign 3 times something in me said Krystal don't be a punk call the number. I took down the number, called and left a message on the VM. The seller called me back we spoke for a few and it built up some confidence in me. It all starts with the belief that you can do it. It's not that I wouldn't do it. I just made myself believe that I couldn't do it. But I did! This meant the world to me. No matter how many people tell you that you can sometimes all you need is to believe it for yourself. The "real" learning begins when you get out there and just do it! Revelatory moment for me!

Have a great Friday!

I am always interested to see how the probate play works out. Roughly how many are you looking to circulate?

 Hey Jordan,

Thanks for the advice. Right now I just have 100 ready to go out. Not much but it is a start. This is my first time doing it so I am nervous but pretty excited. I will definitely post some results and hopefully by then I'll have a larger mailing list. The most important thing is just to DO IT! :)

 @Rick H.:
Thanks Rick. I will definitely just send them and see how it works, but like you said I am sure I will have to tweak here or there.

Hi all,

I am beginning a probate marketing campaign. I have a probate letter I want to send out, but upon looking at my probate lead list, I see a few of the PR's are living at the same address as the decedent. It could be a spouse or family member, due to last name match. My question is, do i send the same probate letter to PR's living at the decedents address as I would to a PR living at a different address? My letter mentions....this is in regards to the estate of XXXXXX. I want to help settle the estate...etc etc, or should I send a general letter stating I am interested in buying in your area, if you or anyone you know are interested in selling please give me a call. Thank you in advance, it is really appreciated.

Krystal

 @Stan Hill:

My thoughts exactly. Wished him luck, gave him my card and asked him to reach out to me if anything changes
