Can someone tell me the difference between investing in mobile homes as compared to traditional r/e? I currently own three 2fams and one 4fam but I am looking to learn more about investing in mobile homes as a possible investment path.

bluestarhomes that is exactly what i am talking about. I am also aware of cutting the grass as well as checking on the property regularly and winterizing the property. Im sure there are other serevices but i do not know of them. It would serve as a great way to get an inside scoop on the property before anyone else does and as far as I am concerned for me it would be easy money. I would still like to find out more about getting involved in this feild because it seems that the few that does know about it are pretty hush hush about it.

Forgive me if this isnt where this post is supposed to go but this seemed like as good a place as any. I recently learned of an opportunity to to change locks for banks once the property has been foreclosed on. from what i understand, the bank would send the listing to a RE agent and I would then in turn put in a bid to change the locks and take pictures of the property but also turn in a bid to do a clean out if needed. I was wondering if anyone else has ever heard of this and if so how one would go about getting involved in this? thanks in advance.

I need help with seller financing/RE agent agreement. I am selling a rental unit that I own. I have it listed with an agent and it is on the MLS service. After about 60 days of no offers I began to try to advertise the building myself to potential interested parties. I have found a buyer on my own. I have shown the property to the guy on my own a few times and after a few emails back and forth, we decided to hand the negotiations over to our RE agents for final negotiations and writting the actual contract. My question is, what should the comission that I pay to my agent be? I honestly dont feel that I should pay him full comission considering all the leg work that I have done for selling the property. Can someone please help me out with that and with seller financing in general as I have never done this type of deal before.
