Hello, I have my first contract and I'm sure to have some good fortune with this deal and I'm looking to see if anyone knows of a Title Company that they deal with in Delaware. Thanks in advance.

No I don't but I was trying to figure out how to go back and explain about the "cash buyer" statement without losing this sell. Any advice?
