Fellow Investor:

First and foremost, PLEASE REVIEW THE OFFERING MEMORANDUM LINKED BELOW.

I'd like to introduce you to Baseline Capital Partners, a Commercial Real Estate Investment firm based in Detroit.  We're pleased to present the opportunity to purchase Equity Shares in a commercial real estate-backed mortgage.

Investor returns include fixed monthly payments, as well as a five-year balloon exit. The Commercial Real estate asset consists of two parcels on Grand River, in Brighton, Michigan and the loan will hold a Personal Guaranty. 

The property is under contract, and we will close within 40 days.  I've attached the Offering Memorandum for reference. I will be happy to walk you through the details of the investment. Don't hesitate to reach out for an informational call.

First, I'd like to introduce myself to the community, and thank any and all who are able to provide guidance.  As alluded to in the Subject line, I'm crafting a business plan to form a Real Estate Investment Fund and will value any input the community is able to provide.  General direction is always welcome, but for the sake a brevity, any references regarding the following specialists will be greatly appreciated -- Locally recommended:
