Hey all, I'm young just starting out, currently just a renter. I don't own any properties. I'm wondering if anyone has opinions or advice on the first purchase. I have limited cash, and I'm thinking of buying a smaller home to live in with an income suite, To try and cover some of my mortgage. Does this sound like an ok starting point? Anything helps :) Cheers
