Absent Homeowners
Hello everyone I am a beginning investor in the Indianapolis area. I have found a few vacant nice houses in my area. I researched as much as I knew how on my own and got the homeowners name. I looked online to see if there was a number and I found one. I called it and it was someone else that told me they sold them that business 7 years ago and that the owner moved to Jordan. I asked them if they knew anything about the property but no luck. I'm stuck now and don't know where else to look. I have little money so a skip tracer or PI is not in my budget. I feel like I should just move on but it's 5 houses owned by the same person and I want them. Should I just cut my loses and move on. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
Oh and also we partnered with another investor that had a couple of properties that need rehab I think there over priced for the work that needs to be done bit my fiance is wanting to do something with them. Help...
