My name is Jacob Wathen and I am fairly new to real estate investing. I currently have a "job" as a marketer for a real estate investor but I want to increase my experience in the rehab process of real estate investing because I really believe that is what I want to do. If there is anyone in Eugene or around the area that focuses on flipping I am extremely interested in learning the ropes from someone with a reasonable amount of experience.
