Filing Title Question

Ok, So I contacted my local title company and they informed me that to run a title search it would be around $150. But he also mentioned to file title and to do the whole closing end of the deal, it would be around $517. So my question is; regarding a wholesale deal, am I only running a title search on the property or am I doing the whole stamp and transfer side of it?
