Hi there, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their layout of the contract they use to whole sale deals. I have one through Fortune Builders but I was hoping for something a bit more simpler.

@Andrey Gulyy do you mean a you buying properties to whole sale like this?

That is if you are buying the property from someone in order to whole sale it. The contract you use when selling it would be more like these.
