What to do with my first contract?

I am signing my first wholesale contract tomorrow. Then I will do my marketing and get it sold. My question is what do I do with it in the meantime. I wasn't sure if I should be bringing it to my title agent already or wait until I have both signed.

You need to bring it to the title company along with your earnest money deposit and open escrow.
