Strategy for a rookie

Hello everyone, I was wondering if I could get some advice on what would be the smartest safest choice of investing strategy to do, wheater it's brrrrr, fix and flip, and etc, new investor and still trying to make a plan

House hack is the safest. Outside of that they all have risks and it's dependent on your situation, market, capital available, etc. It's a great vehicle but not easy like gurus say.
