Beginning REI Portfolio

Good Afternoon,

I own a condo I bought in December 2022 in Schaumburg, IL. I am also a licensed agent that didn't have much success my first year with my IL license and am researching brokers to join (im deciding between BHHS and KW). 

I dont have a lot of cash available for my first REI property but would be open to finding out more how investors leverage seller financing and partnering with people who have the cash to fund deals.

Also developing a relationship with a Realtor that focuses on investors for consistent business, deal analysis, and discovering off market opportunities. 

I am eager to be not only a successful Agent but also a successful REI with properties that cash flow and appreciate well.

I am with eXp realty as a real estate agent + investor. It might be helpful to join a team to get you started or join a coach to help you in your real estate agent journey.
