Hi, all. I am a newbie, starting from ground zero. I am finishing up my business plan and will soon have a generic project plan that I will use when I start rehabilitating properties for resell. However, I think I need to see how the process works to gain hands-on experience. I am willing to go onsight during an actual flip to do volunteer work. I do not have experience with re-construction, but I can clean up or something, just to see how this acutally works. Let me know if anyone wants to mentor me and actually put me to work for free.
