New Investor in Charlotte, NC
Hello,
I am very new to real estate, but have been reading a few books, blogs, and listening to the BP podcasts over the past few months. I bought a home last summer, and am currently renting out a room to a friend. Recently, I've been thinking about purchasing an additional rental property, but do not really know where to start. Do most people use a realtor? What are people's experience in the Charlotte area?
Thanks!
Phil
