G’day

How do you track your expenses and find a balance between being a spendthrift and being too conservative? What does that middle ground look like for you?

Many Thanks

Greetings

I'm here to ask about something that's often overlooked: mindset. What have you done to strengthen your mindset, and how can I stay disciplined to get better at investing?

Important Question:

How do you manage your time and cleaning schedules efficiently for quick turnovers between guests? What was it like for you at the beginning, and how has your approach evolved over time?

Thank you!

Hello,

How do you build the self-confidence to approach a property owner about buying their property? What's your approach in talking to the seller to agree to sell to you and negotiating a good deal?

Thank you

Hi, My name is Ahmed Aboelela and I'm a just getting started in the real-estate game.

How do you build up enough capital to buy a rental property? What were your experiences when you first started, and what would you do differently now? Is getting a job a good strategy, or are there other approaches you recommend?

Much Aprech

Hey, I’m Ahmed Aboelela! I’m a pre-grad student diving into real estate to reach financial freedom.

As I get into short-term rentals, I’m curious: What should I look for when picking a location? And how do I find solid data to compare properties and figure out expenses in a new market? Any tips or insights would be awesome!

Post: Short Term Rental Regulations

I'm diving into the world of short term rentals and looking for some advice on the best ways to research local regulations in different towns and cities within a state. Specifically, I'm curious about how you find information on local regulations, how you automate the process, and how you make it fast and efficient.

So far, my approach has been to call each municipal building to ask about their regulations on short term rentals. While this method is thorough, I've found it to be quite time-consuming.

Has anyone found a quicker, more efficient way to get this information? Any tips or strategies would be greatly appreciated!
