Hi Michael, that sounds like an interesting strategy! I’d love to hear more about recent deals you’ve had. The goal for me at this stage is to learn as much as possible about the market and connect with fellow investors in the area that are making it work as I hone in on my niche. I suspect the numbers will be a little more forgiving so I’m sure I’ll run into deals that I’d be able to pass your way that don’t pan out for my strategy. We are finally getting started on our real estate journey and have narrowed our search down to the Atlanta, GA region. As we start to do a deep dive of the market, we would like to connect with fellow investors to get the lay of the land, insights on where to start poking around, areas to avoid, what strategies are working for them, etc. We are looking to do buy and hold LTR with either SFH or Small MFH. I'd love to hear the deals investors are working on in the area.
