Post: Tax Write Off for Landlords - what % comes back to me

Good morning!

I am a new landlord of a condo and am curious about my tax write off's.  I'm clear what it is I can write off, what I'm not clear about is how much (or what %) of each category will come back to me.

Here are some of the categories that I know of.  If I've missed anything, please let me know.  Also, if there are any good reads out there, I would love to know that too.

Interest - HOA - Appraisal - Repairs and Maintenance - Home Inspection - Devices - Travel related - Insurance

Thank you, Bigger Pocket Family!

Kris

Hi Everyone.  I just recently closed on a Condo in Denver and am looking for an Investor Friendly CPA.  I've heard stories from colleagues who have CPA's that don't keep them abreast of tax advantages and am wondering if any of you have someone you would highly recommend.

Thank you!

Kris

Hello All!

I am in the final phase of closing escrow on a condo in Denver.  I plan to manage the property myself but am looking for professionals to help fill my unit with reliable tenants and take them through the contract phase.  Does such a service exist?  If so, does anyone have any great reccomendations?

Thank you!
