Ok every, one again thank you in advance for any help I may receive, also we are back to mandatory overtime so it may take a lil longer to respond.

Ok on a duplex, triplex. I am thinking...

Monthly, mortgage. insurance and taxes.

I am also thinking that each unit will have there own utility bills. I know I will need to have some reserve put up for maintance, vacancies, yard work and what not.
But are these the only three monthly item bills I will have to look at?. Or are there smaller things like water. or garbage. Or some thing that I will need to take into consideration. I know each area is different. I do believe I will be looking at being in the Vermont. or New Hampshire, area.

Sorry for the grammar I type like I think which is always fast forward.

Thank you,

BillyHIlls.

You have to also assume you will have repairs and maintenance. In one of my NH buildings I pay for pest control because it had termites at one point, and is on the river, so rodents are a problem.

Salt and sand and shoveling and snow plow and grass mowing and leaf removal in the fall and broken faucets and torn screens and turnover costs per apartment and gutter clean out and roof shoveling and tree pruning and yada yada yada
