Good Afternoon, I am approaching my loan seasoning timeframe and I'm getting ready to Refinance and get a lower rate using the IRRRL. I was wondering what insight any of you can give me on the VA Streamline process and also different lenders that anyone has had good experiences with or any to avoid. Thanks so much in advance!

Thanks Kim, If I were to install them I would go with the card/app ones but thinking it over I feel as if I would be trying to squeeze to much from my tenants, just going to go with updated an updated washer and dryer and not charge them.

Hey BP I’m upgrading the washer and dryer in my duplex and debating on whether or not I should install coin operated ones. I’m not sure if doing this I will lose leads on new tenants and increase vacancy. Wondering if any of y’all have any insight or experiences that would help my decision? I also pay for the water so the added income would help offset the bill, thanks in advance!

What a day it’s been, I’ve officially closed on my first rental property! I wanted to take the time and thank all of you here on BP and of course @Martin Vehlow and @Zack Karp without all the help and knowledge you have given me I never could have gotten to this point! Such a long road ahead but I’m so excited to see where this journey leads! Time to get to work!

I am looking at a 4 unit multifamily property in McHenry, Illinois. Does anyone have any advice for the best insurance companies to use for my policy?

Hey BP nation! I’m hoping to get some recommendations on what platforms I should look into for my bookkeeping or if I should go talk to a CPA. I’m searching for my first rental property as we speak and I want to have all my ducks in a row so I can be a successful landlord! Thanks in advance.
