Whether you are a startup, you have started and ready to scale or you are nearing Cardone's level you need to look at 4 components and how you build the processes and systems. 

1. Front Office (Your brand, website/landing page, social media. outreach, events and conferences. 

2. Back Office - Your crm, documents and contract packs, LOI's and Offers templates and your analyzers/calculators.

3. Business and Finance Office (will split in 2 once you are ready to scale. Then this becomes the 3rd and 4th components. Business - Accounting, Ledger, Receivables, Payables 

Finance - Funding, OPM, Lenders, Investors
