Just starting my real estate journey.

Over the past couple of months I have been earnestly learning about the world of real estate and all that it has to offer. I’ve recently taken a jab at wholesaling, specifically marketing to the Memphis area, in an attempt to build enough capital to buy my first investment property with cash. I’m also beginning the process of getting my real estate license.

I am really trying to be a sponge of information right now because there is still so much I don’t know as a 21 year old finishing up college, so any tips or guidance will be much appreciated and put to good use!

I was in your shoes just a few years ago! I bought my first rental back in early 2022 and it cash-flowed over $700 after all expenses on my first year. I also self manage it. I did some wholesale deals and got my hands dirty and learned alot of stuff between that time frame and then back in September I got my real estate license after quitting my full time job as a truck driver. Since then I have closed 10 deals as an agent (5 of them closed in January), currently have 7 active listings & 4 deals under contract. I am on track to closing over 50 deals my 1st year as a real estate agent. I also will be buying 3 more properties this year! I would love to chat with you on how I achieved this & show you what you can do to make it happen as well!
