House hacking seems to be the most friendly starter for most new people. If i were to get into say duplex, the rent I make off the other side would be counted as income to help me secure the property. Also hard money loans seem like another way into the game, finding a property to me is the more difficult part.

Hi, I’ve been doing a lot of reading and studying and I want to get my feet into the real estate game. My long term goal is to creat generational wealth for my family. With that being said I am really not sure how to start this process. Would love to hear from some of you!
