new to real estate invesrting, but not quire sure where to start
Hello everyone,
I am just getting started in real estate, but there is so much information out there, that I am not quite sure where to start. When it comes to money, its not a huge problem for me as I have a private lender willing to lend me money as long as I come with a plan that makes sense to him. I am wondering how I can focus my research and plan so that I am not all over the place. I am mainly interested in long term buy and holds, as well as short term rentals. How would I get started? What would be a nice step by step process?
