Hello everyone, I know most people here invest in the United States, but I am looking to invest, outside of the country, specifically in Panama. My parents and most of my family are from Panama and I would like to move there, but I obviously need to find some sort of employment there, and so was thinking that running short term rentals could be a good way to do it. Anyone here have experience in establishing short term rentals overseas, or in Panama/Latin America, specifically? How would I find the best places to buy properties in order to rent out? How can I find good property managers?

Hello everyone, I live in Southeast, Pa and was thinking of getting into buy and holds. For anyone familiar with the area, where would you guys say are the best places to look for when it comes to C to B- areas. Also, are there any particular contractors or property managers that you would recommend? Thanks

Hello everyone,

I am just getting started in real estate, but there is so much information out there, that I am not quite sure where to start. When it comes to money, its not a huge problem for me as I have a private lender willing to lend me money as long as I come with a plan that makes sense to him. I am wondering how I can focus my research and plan so that I am not all over the place. I am mainly interested in long term buy and holds, as well as short term rentals. How would I get started? What would be a nice step by step process?

Hello everyone,

I live in Southeast PA and so I was thinking to set up a team for house flipping in the region. I am a new investor and have little experience in this, so I was wondering about where the best areas would be to look for C+ and B- type properties. Also, if you have any contractors or property managers that you would recommend, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hello everyone. I am a new investor, and I am mainly interested in buy and holds. I have a private lender who is willing to lend to me as long as I have a plan. Cleveland to me looks like it would be a nice place in terms of cashflow since properties there are not so expensive compared to many of the other areas that I have looked at. For anyone who is familiar with the Cleveland area, does anyone know where the places would be to look for with respect to finding C+ or B- properties. Also, are there any property managers or contractors that you would recommend? Also, I know this is a little unrelated, but to those of you that reply to this, do you have experience with long distance real estate investing? The reason I ask is because I live out of state and I am curious as to how different that process is compared to investing close to where you live? Thanks.
