New to Bigger Pockets. Looking to invest in duplex, triplex and fourplex.

I invest out of State on single family residential. Now I would like to invest in Louisiana and want to get my feet wet with small multi family. I've done flips in LaPlace, LA but now  I'm looking for duplex, triplex or fourplexes. Particularly in the Metairie area but I'm open to other markets. Specially, LaPlace since I'm already familiar with it. Any suggestions ?
