Sorry, I’ve been out for a while. For the most part I’ve had a good experience with them. So far is what I was expecting of it. Service is good. They are always on top of maintenance and communicating any issue regarding the property and they have streamlined the process so that it’s relatively easy and quick the purchase. 

I have investors that want to put their money in my deals but I don’t know anything about how to syndicate or partnering. Specially, as it relates to taxes.  Does the real estate attorney take care of all the paper work ? 
any help will be appreciated !

I am searching for buy and hold real estate in Metairie, LA and I'm looking for reputable contractors and property managers. Any recommendation will be appreciated. Thanks !

I will definitively do my homework in regards to PMC. I appreciate all this information and the link you provided. Like you say, sometimes you don't know what you don't know and I just want to make informed decisions and find a trust worthy PMC not only to have a good relationship with but also to thrive and grow as a team.

I'm want to invest in a few markets here in Louisiana. Particularly, looking into Duplexes, Tris and Fourplexes. Is there anyone here from Louisiana than can recommend a Property Manager ?

Also, do you happen to know any property managers in Louisiana that you can recommend ? 

Wow, not too shabby. It would be great if I could get in contact with your client and pick his brain on how he analyze/structures his deals. I only own single family properties so far but I want to transition to multi family next year. What are the odds that you can get me in contact with him ?

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $67,000

I bought this company from MidSouth Home Buyers. They rehabbed the house and sold it to me as an investor. Got for pretty cheap and cashflows with no problems.

I invest out of State on single family residential. Now I would like to invest in Louisiana and want to get my feet wet with small multi family. I've done flips in LaPlace, LA but now  I'm looking for duplex, triplex or fourplexes. Particularly in the Metairie area but I'm open to other markets. Specially, LaPlace since I'm already familiar with it. Any suggestions ?
