When you get a code violation list from your county, do you just look for key words under comments to know who to skip trace and who to call?

Or do you call every single one of them just to find out if they are a motivated seller ?

Reason I ask is because some have under comments that they only have furniture out side the house or a salvage vehicle parked. When I search the property in Google maps (I know it’s not always current) and the house looks up to date.

 Yes, I am looking into hard money loans and or private loans I just found out about that and am watching and reading regarding that topic. 

Parcel Fair has updates on auction dates and will let you view the address and information of the house. (Tax auctioning)

I am new to the Real Estate Investor community. No-one that I am around has anything to do with investing real-estate. I was a bit sheltered growing up, which made me the shy person I am today. But, I do want to get out there and involve my self in this community. 
What and who can I offer services to gain experience, to be involved in the real-estate investing community, and to surround my-self with other investors.  

I carpool in the morning at 5:50AM-7:00AM. Then, I have a little free time until 10:00AM to work till 2:00PM. Then I drive back to carpool back home from 3:30PM-5:00pm. 

Is there any suggestions? Thank you in advanced :)
