I'm new and will be closing soon on my first rental property. I have had no luck with getting lease documents. I've had two recommendations for legal resources that have yet to pan out after two months. Anyone recommendations in general or specifically Livingston Co MI?

You find your local real estate investing group or Facebook group for your area.  There you can find attorneys that will help you draft a lease.

I caution you against using a generic lease.  You may need state or city specific information in the lease.
