People want to hear the why? Tell your story.

They say people want to do business with people they know and like. In today's virtual world you're not going to meet everyone you could be doing business with. So you need to establish credibility with social media, a website or landing page, a You Tube channel or podcast. 

People want to hear your story. They want to see you on video. Express yourself. Talk about real estate. Tell them what you don't know. Tell them what you want to learn. What are you looking to accomplish as a real estate investor. Who do you need for your team. 

You can achieve a lot by being on the first page of Google, being a recommended channel on You Tube and speaking at events and conferences. This is credibility. Just don't guru it. People are seeing through that these days.
