I bring a strong skill set from the software industry and a burning desire to contribute to the real estate community. I'm eager to develop a tool or application that can benefit us all. However, being relatively new to real estate, I lack a specific use case for the application.

My primary goal isn't to profit from this venture but to connect with fellow enthusiasts and learn from your experiences in the real estate world. I'm hoping this journey will pave the way for my own real estate investments.
