Hello everyone, I'm seeking your assistance. I'm a 21-year-old Canadian eager to invest in Atlanta, Georgia after conducting thorough research. Given the current market conditions, I aim to construct a diverse portfolio through creative financing strategies such as wraps and subject-to deals. My challenge now lies in building a team in the United States, which has proven tricky at my age. Despite reaching out to over 30 law firms and CPA offices, I haven't had any success. I'm uncertain about my next steps. I have a clear vision of what and where I want to invest however, I could greatly benefit from guidance on finding deals and assembling a remote team.
