Student in Multifamily Bootcamp

Hello BP Community,

I’m new to real estate investing. I’m currently taking the Multifamily Bootcamp and am learning a lot. It’s definitely a learning curve since my knowledge about RE is somewhat limited to buying a home, listening to podcasts and reading.

I live in Las Vegas, NV and I’m a flight attendant. Traveling to different markets is easy for me since I can jump on a plane and go anywhere. I’d like to offer the best I can to get myself more in the multifamily community. 

If anyone can offer any tips or advice for me to help build or join a community in Las Vegas or anywhere really, would be greatly appreciated. I have attended a couple REIA meetings.
