Finding an owner

I am looking at a property on Zilllow that has been on the market for 254 days.  I can see who owns it on the local Tax Assessors website.  I would like to contact this person but the contact information is the address of the property.  It is a multifamily property so I doubt that the mailing to the address would get me anywhere.  Also, I'd rather have a quicker response.

Anyone have any clever ways of using the information from the property to track down investors?

@Carlos McCray, I have access to the MLS. Message me the address and I'll reach out to the listing agent ASAP. Most listing agents don't take buyer prospects seriously unless they are being represented by a licensed real estate agent. If you want to acquire deals, work with professionals who can source properties and negotiate on your behalf.
