How to qualify for a loan in PHX with no proof of income

Jimmy Rojas
Posted

Hey guys, I been working (self employed) with my brother who owns a used car dealership here in Phx,az for some time now, I would like to buy my first home for investment, normally i have between $20k and $30k in my bank account, average $7k a month liquid and about $60k in my small inventory of vehicles i have for sale in my brothers lot.

Sometimes i sell my vehicles on my own private party so there is no trace as its paid in cash, i would rather not get a hard money lender for obvious reasons and would not feel right asking my brother for a loan that size.
