Best Websites for Foreclosure Listings

Hi Everyone!

I am just starting out on my real estate journey, but live in Southern California. I am looking to buy a foreclosure single family home as a start, and I was wondering which strategies you use to find the most recent foreclosures in your areas. Is there one foreclosure website that you prefer to others? Do you recommend priced foreclosure listings or foreclosure auctions? Do some realtors specialize in just foreclosures?
