New Investor Looking to Invest Prospect in and West Virginia, Pittsburgh,& Cleveland

Hi all,  I am looking to connect with anyone, investor, or realtor, who has insight about investing somewhere in Midwest perhaps Pittsburg, Cleveland, and also West Virginia.  I live in Maryland and looking to invest outside my area with a range price of up to $100K, and produce good cash flow.  West Virginia is nearby, but have not seen many posting related to it.  Appreciate anyone who can share thoughts about West Virginia, Pittsburg or Cleveland.

 You should check out Toledo, where 100k can still find you good cash flowing deals
