1 property in and one on the way ... but don't seem to build up a head of steam
Hi all,
We manage to buy 1 properties in Maple which is doing quite nice and one the verge of getting which should yield over 10% after costs.
We want to buy at least 2 more properties this year.
The thing is, we were lucky to have a friend that passed them over to us. We have yet to build up a network of our own.
I live in Israel so every night, instead of Netflix, I look at the MLS, try to connect with agents with off market deals, but no progress yet.
How would you suggest to go forward?
Thanks a lot.

Wow, congratulations man! Not an easy task to invest long distance to start, let alone out of the country!
Just keep your head down. Deals come in waves, sometimes when it rains, it pours!
