New Beginner flipping houses

If someone can give me some advice i would be so grateful! I want to be the real estate game , it just excites me so much . So i recently have been gravitating towards house flipping, however i just left my staff job as a RN and i'm making more traveling, like a lot more. I want to know if getting pre-approved will be more difficult for me if i decide to buy in the next year and if there is a loan that would help me in purchasing a house. And what would be the best route in my situation ?
