Hey Clay,

I'm an agent that solely works with investors, whether it be fix/flips, buy and holds, or short/medium term rentals. I have a variety of properties come across my desk that are great for all types of investors. I'd love to connect and get an idea for your goals, I personally want to start jumping into buy and holds soon (Chattanooga/Cleveland area).
